Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

EU Orders We ship to all 26 European Union countries. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. In accordance with EU consumer law, we aim to deliver all orders within 30 days of purchase. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified and may cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping: €8.99 | Free on orders over €50.

Spain Standard delivery within Spain takes 2–5 business days.

United Kingdom Standard delivery to the UK takes 5–10 business days. Please note that orders may be subject to UK customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Orders We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–14 business days). International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

Customs & Import Taxes For EU orders, VAT is included in the displayed price. For orders outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
